Italy 1970. Minerali Industriali is an independent Italian company resulting from the merger of two historical Italian groups: Maffei, founded in the early 20^th century, and Gruppo Minerali, trading since the 1970s.

It is engaged in numerous businesses: extracting, processing and marketing raw materials and recycling and recovering non-hazardous industrial waste (Minerali Industriali Mining); geological and mining research, engineering and manufacturing of plants and machinery for the mining industry and for industrial waste recovery (Minerali Industriali Engineering); and innovative products for the sports and leisure industry (Minerali Industriali Sport & Leisure).
