WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNELS

The breach of the BRENDLE REPRESENTADAS ETHICAL CODE, or any other violation by anyone, being or not employee, collaborator, customer and/or supplier of Brendle Representadas, as well as the lack of communication to Brendle Representadas of such breaches, may risk the company’s reputation and cause serious damages.

For this reason Brendle Representadas, provides to its employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers and any other person and user of its website, the following means or channels to be able to make Brendle Representadas aware about breaches of BRENDLE REPRESENTADAS ETHICAL CODE and any other legal breach that they believe that could cause any kind of damage to Brendle Representadas.

Employees, collaborators, customers and suppliers of the company SHALL INFORM Brendle Representadas about those potential breaches through any of the following WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNELS that might be also used by any other person or user of Brendle Representadas’s website for such purpose:

Along with your notification, we would be grateful if you attach any documentation or files in your possession which are necessary to prove such breach. Although it is preferable that the notification is made by an identified person, notifications made anonymously will also be taken care of.

In the following link the INFORMERS may check and download the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE” of those whistleblowing channels, according and subject to which Brendle Representadas guarantees the following to all such INFORMERS who, in good faith, make their reports and have not intervened actively in the reported breaches:

– Brendle Representadas will treat in a strictly CONFIDENTIAL and ANONYMOUS way the IDENTITY of the INFORMERS, both before the ACCUSED PERSONS and before third parties, with strict observance of the Organic Law 15/1999, about the Protection of Personal Data, of December 13th, and its development regulation, being the INFORMERS able to exercise at any time their “ARCO” rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) about their personal data, in the terms legally envisaged through the mentioned whistleblower channels, and/or by sending their request via email to info@brendle-representadas.es, or by letter post to C/ Juan de la Cierva nº 2. 08339 Vilassar de Dalt (Barcelona).

– BRENDLE REPRESENTADAS WILL NOT TAKE ANY RETALIATION ACTIONS NOR EXERCISE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THOSE INFORMERS.
